Tarai Foods Ltd. to Consider and Approve Q3 Results on Nov 14, 2025; Trading Window Closed

Tarai Foods Ltd. has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 14, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending on September 30, 2025. In accordance with the 'Code of conduct' adopted by the company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and as per the provisions of Section 195 of the Companies Act, 2013, the Trading Window of the company will be closed for Directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from November 7, 2025, till forty-eight hours after the date of the Board Meeting.
