TARC Limited Achieves Standout Performance in FY2025 with 3,722 Crore Sales

TARC Limited, a luxury residential real estate developer based in New Delhi, has announced its best ever operational performance in FY2025. The company achieved the highest ever annual sales of 3,722 crore, with 1,235 crore sales in Q4 FY2025. The collections for FY2025 stood at 484 crore, with 113 crore collected in Q4 FY2025. TARC launched a marquee luxury residential development, TARC Ishva, in Gurugram with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of 2,700 crore and Phase I of TARC Kailasa in New Delhi. The total GDV of projects under development is over 7,700 crore. The company made significant progress in ongoing residential developments and is preparing for two more luxury residential projects in FY2026.
