Tarc Ltd Appoints New Chief Human Resources, Business, and Development Officers

Tarc Ltd has announced the appointment of three key senior management personnel. Mr. Mridul Srivastava has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Mr. Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer (CBO), both effective July 9, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Ajay Gupta has been appointed as Chief Development Officer (CDO), effective July 16, 2026. These appointments follow recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval by the Board of Directors via circular resolutions. The company has also stated that these individuals will be designated as 'Senior Management Personnel' as per SEBI Listing Regulations, consequent to a change in reporting structure.
