Tarc Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Risk Management Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Management and Operations Committee. This reconstitution is effective from November 10, 2026, following the completion of Mr. Ambarish Chatterjee's tenure as an Independent Director on November 9, 2026.
