The record date for determining shareholder entitlement to the Annual Report and for closing the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books has been fixed as August 28, 2026, with the closure period from September 28, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The Board also approved the Notice of AGM, Directors' Report for FY 2025-26, and the Annual Report. M/S. V Ramasamy & Co. has been appointed as Scrutinizer for the AGM. Additionally, the re-appointment of the Managing Director and Whole Time Director, subject to shareholder approval, was approved.
