Dilip Varghese Acquires 0.05% Stake in Tarmat Ltd via Open Market

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Dilip Varghese has acquired 0.05% equity shares of Tarmat Limited. The acquisition took place on the open market on 23rd February 2026. Prior to the acquisition, Dilip Varghese held 0.05% of the total share and voting capital. Post-acquisition, his holding increased to 0.05% of the total diluted share and voting capital.
