Tarsons Products Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Tarsons Products Limited announced that its Board of Directors met on August 10, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting, which commenced at 4:30 PM IST and concluded at 5:50 PM IST, also finalized the date for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 24, 2026, via video conferencing. The cut-off date for e-voting at the AGM has been set for September 17, 2026. The company will share the Annual Report and AGM notice in due course. The financial results were reviewed by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP.
