Tarsons Products Re-appoints Grant Thornton as Internal Auditor

Tarsons Products Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as the Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27, following the recommendation of the Audit Committee. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 22, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, with an unmodified opinion from the Statutory Auditors, M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP.
