Tashi India Ltd Announces Changes in Directorate: Rohit Hargovind Bajaj, Sunil Hargovind Bajaj, and Sunilchandra Brindawan Agrawal Retire; Monal Malji Appointed

Tashi India Ltd has announced changes in its directorate in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. Rohit Hargovind Bajaj, Sunil Hargovind Bajaj, and Sunilchandra Brindawan Agrawal have ceased to be Non-Executive Independent Directors of the Company, having completed their second consecutive terms. The Company has appointed Monal Malji as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to the approval of the shareholders.
