In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015, Tasty Bite Eatables Ltd. reported a minor ammonia gas leak at their plant located in Maharashtra on Wednesday, August 07, 2024. The incident occurred at around 7:40 am IST, and all affected employees responded promptly, evacuating the area as per established safety protocols. Although a few individuals felt discomfort, no one sustained any serious injury. The affected individuals were immediately taken to a nearby hospital and are now stable and under good care. The point of leakage has been rectified, and the company is conducting a thorough check to prevent future incidents. Most production lines are now running with minimal disruption to operations. The relevant departments and statutory authorities have been informed about the incident.
