Tata Capital Limited Subsidiary, Tata Capital Healthcare Fund Il, Declares First Close

Tata Capital Limited (TCL) has informed the stock exchanges about a subsidiary, Tata Capital Healthcare Fund Il (TCHF Il), which has declared its first close. TCHF Il, a SEBI registered Alternative Investment Fund — Category Il, has been set up for the launch of the third fund under the Tata Capital Healthcare Fund strategy, focused on the healthcare and life sciences sector in India. As a result, TCHF Il has become a subsidiary of TCL, and Tata Capital Healthcare Ill General Partners LLP, the general partner of the overseas fund in Singapore, has become a subsidiary of Tata Capital Pte. Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of TCL based in Singapore.
