Tata Chemicals North America Inc. (TCNA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Chemicals Limited, has successfully completed the acquisition of North American soda ash customer contracts from Searles Valley Minerals Inc. (SVM). This acquisition, initially announced on August 29, 2026, involves over 500,000 metric tonnes of soda ash to be serviced over two years. The completion on September 11, 2026, follows the satisfaction of all conditions precedent and terms outlined in the Assignment and Assumption Agreement. This move is expected to bolster TCNA's market presence and revenue streams in the North American soda ash sector.
