Tata Communications Completes Intra-Group Restructuring

Tata Communications Ltd has completed an intra-group restructuring involving the transfer of its entire shareholding in Kaleyra, Inc. to its subsidiary, Tata Communications (Netherlands) B.V. (TCNL). Subsequently, Kaleyra, Inc. has merged with and into Kaleyra US Inc., with Kaleyra US Inc. continuing as the surviving entity. This restructuring aims to simplify and consolidate the group's ownership structure. The company stated that these transactions do not result in any change in the ultimate beneficial ownership or economic interest in Kaleyra Group entities and are not expected to have a material impact on the consolidated financial position.
