Tata Communications Incorporates Joint Venture Company in China

Tata Communications Ltd has incorporated a joint venture company, TC (Shanghai) Technology Company Limited, in the People's Republic of China. The joint venture agreement was executed on February 27, 2026, between Tata Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Shanghai Runshengtong Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity has received the Certificate of Incorporation from the Administration of Market Regulation of Lin-gang Special Area of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone on March 18, 2026. Tata Communications (Hong Kong) Limited, a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of Tata Communications Limited, and Shanghai Runshengtong Management Consulting Co., Ltd. will hold equal shareholding in the joint venture company.
