Tata Communications Incorporates Joint Venture Company in China

Tata Communications Ltd has incorporated a joint venture company, TC (Shanghai) Technology Company Limited, in the People's Republic of China. The joint venture agreement was executed on February 27, 2026, between Tata Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Shanghai Runshengtong Management Consulting Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity received the Certificate of Incorporation on March 18, 2026. TC Shanghai will be engaged in the telecommunications industry, specifically in providing end-to-end technology services, technology development, transfer and promotion, technical consulting and exchanges, software development, computer system services, data processing services, technology import and export and promotion of technical innovations. Tata Communications (Hong Kong) Limited and Shanghai Runshengtong Management Consulting Co., Ltd. will each contribute a cash consideration of RMB 5 million for the incorporation.
