TCS declares interim dividend of ₹12 per share for Q1 FY27

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd announced its audited standalone and consolidated interim financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors has approved and declared an interim dividend of INR 12 per Equity Share. The dividend will be paid on July 31, 2026, to shareholders on record as of July 15, 2026. The results were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and comply with SEBI Listing Regulations.
