Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has launched a new business unit, Global Value & Innovation Centres (GVIC), dedicated to helping enterprises build and transform their Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into AI-native operations. This unit combines TCS's expertise in GCCs, AI-led transformation, and end-to-end lifecycle services. Soumen Roy has been appointed as the Head of TCS GVIC. The initiative aims to leverage AI and digital technologies to drive innovation and value from GCCs, which are evolving into strategic enterprise assets. TCS GVIC will offer flexible services across the entire GCC lifecycle, embedding an AI-native operating model that includes a Human + AI Operating Model, AI-ready foundations, and responsible AI frameworks.
