Tata Power Allots ₹1,500 Cr NCDs at 7.50% Coupon

Tata Power Company Ltd announced the allotment of 1,50,000 Unsecured, Senior, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Taxable, Non-Cumulative, Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) aggregating ₹1,500 crore. The NCDs, with a face value of ₹1,00,000 each, carry a coupon rate of 7.50% and have a tenor of 5 years. The allotment was made on a private placement basis to identified investors, with the coupon rate discovered through the multiple yield allotment method on BSE's Electronic Book Building Platform. These NCDs are proposed to be listed on the Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.
