Tata Technologies to Acquire ES-Tec Group for €75 Million, Strengthening Global Capabilities in Next-Gen Mobility Solutions

Tata Technologies Ltd. has announced a strategic acquisition of ES-Tec Group, a premium automotive engineering services provider based in Germany. The acquisition, valued at €75 million, is expected to be EPS accretive from the first full year of operations. ES-Tec Group, founded in 2006, has deep domain expertise in Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Connected Driving, and Digital Engineering. The acquisition will enhance Tata Technologies’ capabilities in high-growth domains, strengthen its presence in the world’s most advanced automotive markets, expand its talent pool, and unlock commercial synergies. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
