Tatia Global Vennture Appoints Two New Directors at AGM

Tatia Global Vennture Ltd announced the appointment of two new directors, Mrs. Shoba Nahar and Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika, during its 32nd Annual General Meeting held on August 25, 2026. Mrs. Shoba Nahar has been appointed as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective August 25, 2026. Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika will serve as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, from April 1, 2027, to March 31, 2032. Both directors have affirmed they are not debarred or disqualified from holding such positions. Mrs. Shoba Nahar is the sister of the Chairman and Managing Director and holds 4,87,560 shares. Mrs. Balasubramanian Kiruthika has extensive experience in finance and business management.
