Tatva Chintan Re-appoints Cost & Internal Auditors for FY27

Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Ltd's board re-appointed M/s. Zarna Thakar & Associates as Cost Auditor and RSM Astute Consultech Private Limited as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. These appointments, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, were approved during the board meeting held on May 16, 2026. The board also approved the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per equity share, subject to shareholder approval.
