Silverstone Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd has disclosed a reduction in its shareholding in Eforu Entertainment Limited. The acquisition/disposal involved 25,000 shares, representing 0.42% of the total share capital. Following this transaction, Silverstone Consultancy's holding in Eforu Entertainment has decreased from 1.08% to 0.66%. The transaction was executed through the open market on July 27, 2026. The total equity share capital of Eforu Entertainment remains unchanged at Rs. 5,97,90,000.
