Taylormade Renewables Allots 10 Lakh Warrants to Non-Promoters

Taylormade Renewables Ltd announced the allotment of 10,00,000 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to non-promoter category individuals. The warrants are priced at Rs. 123.51 each, including a premium of Rs. 113.51 over the face value of Rs. 10. The company has received 25% of the warrant issue price upfront from the allottees, Sukhdev Santramdas Punjabi and Sangitaben Sukhdev Punjabi, who each received 5,00,000 warrants. This preferential issue was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on June 26, 2026, following in-principle approval from BSE.
