Taylormade Renewables Director Resigns

Mr. Mayurkumar Ramanlal Joshi has resigned as an Independent Director of Taylormade Renewables Limited, effective October 23, 2026. The resignation is due to his pre-occupation with other professional commitments. Consequently, he will also cease to be a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. The company has expressed appreciation for his contributions.
