Taylormade Renewables Ltd. Approves Issue of 10,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants at Rs. 123 Each

Taylormade Renewables Ltd. has approved the issue of up to 10,00,000 (Ten Lakh) Fully Convertible Warrants at a price of Rs. 123 each. The warrants, each convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of the Company, will be issued to specified investors on a preferential basis. The proceeds from the issue will be utilized towards the implementation and commercialization of the Company’s patented Sugar Manufacturing Technology. The Company may undertake further fund-raising in subsequent phases to support large-scale commercialization of the technology, subject to applicable approvals.
