Taylormade Renewables to Inaugurate Its First BOO Plant at Tarapur on June 19, 2025

Taylormade Renewables Limited is set to inaugurate its first Build-Own-Operate (BOO) Plant at Tarapur on June 19, 2025. This plant, which has received Consent to Operate (CTO), marks the official transition of TRL into an infrastructure-led, annuity-driven business model, delivering stable, recurring revenue and long-term value creation. The plant, strategically located in one of India’s most vital industrial zones, houses TRL’s most advanced, patented technologies for Zero Liquid Discharge and is a national benchmark in clean industrial infrastructure. TRL has initiated plans for a brownfield expansion at Tarapur within the current financial year. Shareholders and investors are invited to the inauguration.
