Augusta TBO Sells 2.04% Stake in TBO Tek via Open Market

Augusta TBO (Singapore) Pte Ltd has disclosed the disposal of 2,182,842 equity shares, representing 2.04% of the total share capital, in TBO Tek Limited through open market transactions. This sale occurred on July 13, 2026. Prior to the sale, Augusta TBO held 5.54% of TBO Tek's shares. Post-disposal, their holding has reduced to 3,735,385 shares, constituting 3.50% of the total share capital. The transaction does not involve any promoter or promoter group entities. The total equity share capital of TBO Tek remains unchanged at 106,783,982 shares of INR 1 each.
