TBO Tek Board Approves Q4 & FY26 Financial Results

TBO Tek Limited's Board of Directors, at their meeting on May 28, 2026, approved the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The financial results include an auditor's report with an unmodified opinion. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of M/s. Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as the Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. The re-appointment of Mr. Ravindra Dhariwal, Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar, and Ms. Anuranjita Kumar as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a second term was also approved, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
