TCI Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

TCI Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and its own code of conduct. The closure is effective from the start of trading hours on January 1, 2026, and will last until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025. This applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the code. The date of the board meeting for the declaration of unaudited financial results will be intimated separately.
