TCI Industries re-appoints two directors at AGM

TCI Industries Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Dharmpal Agarwal and Mr. Vikas Agarwal as Non-Executive Non-Independent Directors at its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 28, 2026. Both directors were liable to retire by rotation and offered themselves for reappointment as per Section 152(6) of the Companies Act, 2013. Mr. Dharmpal Agarwal, with over 54 years in the transport and logistics industry, also chairs Transport Corporation of India Limited and is involved in philanthropic activities. Mr. Vikas Agarwal is a first-generation entrepreneur with experience in textiles, telecom, finance, and real estate. Both directors confirmed they are not debarred from holding directorships by any regulatory authority.
