TCM Ltd: ₹7.92 Cr Solar PV Installation Project Order Cancelled

TCM Ltd announced the cancellation of a work order for a Solar PV installation project from CIAL Infrastructures Limited, a subsidiary of Cochin International Airport Limited. The project, valued at ₹7,92,07,425 (excluding GST), involved the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of ground-mounted solar PV installations totaling 7.5 MWp. CIAL Infrastructures Ltd terminated the order due to circumstances beyond its control, as communicated on April 28, 2026. TCM Ltd has been requested to submit details of work executed for final settlement. The cancellation means the ₹7.92 crore turnover will not be reflected in TCM Ltd's billings.
