TCM LTD. Receives Work Order from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts for 90 KWp Grid Connected SPV Power Plants

TCM LTD. has announced the receipt of a work order from Mahindra Holidays and Resorts India Limited for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of 90 KWp Grid Connected Solar Photovoltaic (SPV) Power Plants at Club Mahindra Resort, Arookutty. The project is expected to be completed within 60 days from the date of the work order. The key terms of the order include a 10-year warranty on solar panels, a 7-year warranty on solar inverters, and a 2-year warranty on aluminium structures. The payment terms are 20% on complete material delivery at site and 75% on completion of the project with net metering live with certification from the electricity board. A 5% retention will be held for two years. The order is worth Rs. 37,89,458/-.
