TD Power Systems Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company reported Net Sales of ₹62,784.19 lakhs, a significant increase from ₹35,796.37 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Profit Before Tax rose to ₹11,666.13 lakhs from ₹6,421.81 lakhs, and Profit After Tax grew to ₹8,646.36 lakhs from ₹4,788.15 lakhs year-on-year. The Board also re-appointed M/s.
