TD Power Systems Grants 24,000 ESARs to Employees

TD Power Systems Ltd has granted 24,000 ESARs to eligible employees under its TDPSL Equity Based Compensation Plan 2019. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant, with an exercise price of ₹2 per share and a base price of ₹882. As of the date, a total of 20,69,580 ESARs have been granted under the plan, with 19,63,110 vested and 19,35,503 exercised. The vested ESARs are exercisable within 4 years from the vesting date, and will vest in three equal installments over 3 years, commencing one year from the grant date.
