TD Power Systems Ltd. announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2024-25, to be held on August 06, 2025. The company also reported strong financial performance with the highest-ever revenue from operations, EBITDA, PAT, and order inflow in its history. The consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹ 12,787.62 Crore, registering a 27.81% increase year-on-year. The company's product portfolio includes generators for all major prime movers and geothermal and wind applications, as well as motors used within the oil & gas industries. TDPS operates manufacturing units in Bengaluru and Turkey, with an additional facility under development. The company is well-positioned in the global generator market, which is projected to reach USD 72.66 Billion by 2029.
