TD Power Systems Signs 10-Year Manufacturing Pact with Siemens Energy

TD Power Systems Limited (TDPS) has entered into a Build-to-Print Manufacturing Framework Agreement with Siemens Energy, Inc., effective August 13, 2026. Under this agreement, TDPS will manufacture and supply 2-pole Generators based on Siemens Energy's designs and specifications. The pact has a term of 10 years, extendable by 24 months, and will involve individual purchase orders issued by Siemens Energy. This strategic partnership is expected to enhance TDPS's global market positioning, provide long-term revenue visibility, and strengthen its manufacturing capabilities in high-specification generator technology. The agreement is not considered a related party transaction.
