TeamLease Acquires Stake in TSR Darashaw and Crystal HR to Expand HR Services Portfolio

TeamLease Services Limited, one of India’s largest Staffing Companies, has announced the execution of a definitive agreement to acquire a stake in TSR Darashaw HR Services Private Limited. The company has also availed of Board approval to acquire a stake in Crystal HR and Security Solutions Private Limited. These transactions are conditional to the fulfillment of customary closing conditions and other statutory approvals. TSR Darashaw is a leading provider of outsourcing services with over four decades of expertise, while Crystal HR offers comprehensive HR Tech software solutions. The acquisitions will enable TeamLease to serve over 450 corporates, managing 465,000 payroll records, and provide a stable, full-spectrum HRMS platform and access to large enterprise clients in managed payroll.
