TeamLease completes exit from JV Crystal HR via share buyback

TeamLease Services Ltd announced the completion of its exit from its joint venture, Crystal HR and Security Solutions Private Limited. Crystal HR completed the buyback of 1,200 equity shares tendered by TeamLease. This extinguishment, effective September 21, 2026, results in TeamLease's shareholding in Crystal HR becoming NIL. Consequently, Crystal HR ceases to be a joint venture of TeamLease. This transaction marks the final step in the divestment of TeamLease's entire 30% stake in Crystal HR, which also involved the prior transfer of 1,800 equity shares.
