The notice pertains to FY 2022-23 under the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. The company met with the concerned officer on October 29, 2026, to obtain approval for the extension. The matter is currently at the notice stage, and TeamLease is evaluating the notice and will file its reply accordingly. The company also noted a delay in submitting this intimation due to internal communication gaps, which have since been addressed.
