ICICI Prudential MF Sells 3.48 Lakh TeamLease Shares

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund has disclosed a net sale of 3,48,176 equity shares of TeamLease Services Ltd. The sale, conducted in the open market between February 19, 2025, and July 23, 2026, resulted in a decrease of over 2% in the fund's shareholding. Following the disposal, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund's holding in TeamLease Services Ltd. stands at 5,44,399 shares, representing 3.247% of the paid-up capital. The fund stated that these holdings are for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest.
