TeamLease Skills University Legal Case Hearing Adjourned to Nov 30

TeamLease Services Ltd has provided an update on the legal proceedings initiated by TeamLease Skills University (TLSU) against an order from the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). The matter, concerning whether trainees under the National Employability Enhancement Mission (NEEM) are covered under the EPF Act, was heard by the Gujarat High Court. An affidavit-in-reply was filed by the EPFO, reiterating its stance. The court received the reply, and the hearing has been adjourned to November 30, 2026. TLSU disagrees with the EPFO's assertions and is pursuing its legal remedies, maintaining a strong case.
