Tech Mahindra Board Approves FY26 Results, Recommends ₹36 Final Dividend

Tech Mahindra's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 22, 2026, approved the Audited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditor, BSR & Co., LLP, issued an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹36 per equity share (720%) for FY26, which, combined with the interim dividend, brings the total dividend for FY26 to ₹51 per share (1020%). The record date for the final dividend is July 3, 2026, with payment expected by August 14, 2026. Additionally, the 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2026.
