Tech Mahindra Board Meeting Oct 15-16 for Q2 Results, Interim Dividend, Bonus Shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced a board meeting scheduled for October 15-16, 2026, to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also discuss proposals for declaring an interim dividend for FY 2026-27 and the issuance of bonus shares. Consequently, the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from the announcement date until October 17, 2026, and will reopen on October 18, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
