Tech Mahindra FY26 Final Dividend ₹36/share; Total ₹51/share

Tech Mahindra's Board approved its audited consolidated and standalone financial results for Q4 and the full financial year ended March 31, 2026. The statutory auditor, BSR & Co., LLP, provided an unmodified opinion on these results. The Board also recommended a final dividend of ₹36 per equity share (720%) for FY26, which, if approved by shareholders at the upcoming AGM, will bring the total dividend for the year to ₹51 per share (1020%), including the interim dividend of ₹15 already paid. The record date for the final dividend is July 3, 2026, with payment expected before August 14, 2026. The 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 17, 2026.
