Tech Mahindra Recommends ₹36 Final Dividend for FY26

Tech Mahindra Ltd's Board of Directors approved the audited consolidated and standalone financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The board recommended a final dividend of ₹36 per equity share (face value of ₹5 each), subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to an interim dividend of ₹15 per share paid in November 2025, bringing the total dividend for FY26 to ₹51 per share. The record date for the final dividend is July 3, 2026, and payment will be made before August 14, 2026. The 39th Annual General Meeting will be held on July 17, 2026, via video conferencing.
