Techindia Nirman Appoints Poonam Kagliwal as Additional Director

Techindia Nirman Ltd has appointed Mrs. Poonam Satish Kagliwal as an Additional Director, effective immediately from April 23, 2026. Her appointment is contingent on approval from shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. Mrs. Kagliwal brings over 15 years of experience in Business Management, with a background in finance and general management. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and is currently a director in other companies. She is also identified as the wife of Satish Kagliwal, an existing director. The Board meeting where this appointment was made also included discussions on the financial results for March 31, 2026, which will be disclosed separately.
