Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd: AGM Approves Financials, Director Reappointment, and AoA Alteration

Techknowgreen Solutions Ltd held its 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 27, 2026, via video conference. The meeting successfully passed ordinary resolutions for the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and the reappointment of Mr. Prasad Rangrao Pawar as a Director. Additionally, a special resolution was passed to alter Article 91 of the Articles of Association to include provisions for waiving or foregoing dividends.
