Technichem Organics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has decided to convene the 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, September 24, 2026. The meeting will be held via Video Conferencing (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The company has also enabled remote e-voting from September 21 to September 23, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Asim Pandya as an Additional Director (Non-Executive & Independent) for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners have been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been re-constituted.
