Technichem Organics Sets AGM Date, E-voting Schedule

Technichem Organics Ltd announced key decisions from its Board of Directors meeting. The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 24, 2026, to be held via Video Conferencing. Remote e-voting will commence on September 21, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on September 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The cut-off date for e-voting entitlement is September 17, 2026. Additionally, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Asim Pandya as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. M/s. Kashyap R. Mehta & Partners were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Nomination & Remuneration Committee and Stakeholders Relationship Committee were also re-constituted.
