Technocraft Industries (India) Ltd, through its subsidiary Technosoft Engineering Projects Ltd, has acquired a 100% equity stake in a newly incorporated Japanese company, Technosoft Integrated Solutions K.K. The acquisition, valued at Japanese Yen 50,000 (approximately ₹30,000), aims to expand the company's engineering and technology services business in Japan. The target entity, incorporated on November 7, 2025, has a share capital of Japanese Yen 50,000 and has not yet commenced operations. The acquisition is expected to be completed within 90 days and does not involve related party transactions.
